Reiki (Ray-key) is a Japanese form of energy work that produces a relaxing meditative state that calms the mind and encourages the body to heal.

It is a gentle treatment that is suitable for all ages and conditions, regardless of your beliefs.

Before your treatment there will be an in-depth consultation to discuss your treatment goals.

You'll then be invited to get comfortable on the couch, either by laying down or sitting up and your Reiki treatment will be begin.

Time after the treatment will be given to discuss the treatment findings and your experience.
