What is Tai Chi?
What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a gentle, relaxing and meditative for of exercise that is good for the body, mind and soul.
Suitable for all, but particularly good for the over 50s and those recovering from injury or with low mobility.
It can be done sitting or standing.
